Thank you for supporting our handmade creations. Every planter is carefully crafted by hand, and each piece carries its own unique character. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

Unused
In original condition
Returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations in color, texture, or shape are considered part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Handmade & Custom Items

Each planter is handmade with care, which means no two pieces are exactly identical.

Custom-made, personalized, or specially created items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Broken Items

We carefully package every order, but sometimes unexpected damage can happen during shipping.

If your planter arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in the preparation or creation process and cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
